Achievements: Czech Hydro-meteorological Institute – concept design and interior design / architectural study for new layouts of existing buildings. Renovation and refurbishment of vicarage/parish office in Michle. Reconstruction of residential building in Pankrác. Private family houses – reconstructions and new buildings in Prague districts.

Responsibilities: Ebola response
Project Management and Contracts management. Tender evaluations, budgets, cost estimations and valuations of the payments for subcontractors. Technical drawings and design. Regular visits of the sites to verify progress, quality and monitoring of the construction work. Leadership and team supervision. Capacity building within providing support and coaching to all members of the construction team. Reporting/ monitoring. Coordination and liaison with program management, governmental and local institutions.
Achievements: Evaluations of running projects and start up of new construction projects. 18 subcontractors management / 150 hand dug well constructions, 15 Triage and Isolation units for local hospitals, 25 communal, school and public toilet blocks, 100 individual tiger worm toilets, 5 road crossings

Achievements: Start up of new branch office for company KOMA in Austria focusing on export of modular units for emergency and humanitarian purposes and customers from mining and industrial sector.
